Clean environment with cold air con.There is only one cashier operating, hence there was a line that formed when it is peak hour. Hopefully there could be self order booths installed so it is faster!Cheese fries has very little sauce so 4 stars from that. 😢😢😢 Fries came out hot which is great!!
I'm staying in this area for almost 20 years now. Each and every time I visit KFC, the chicken is always hard and warm. Seems liked it has been re-fried.
Kfc's system failed my family but your staff saved the company. My family couldn't order using the app so in the end we can't redeem any promotions. Cashless payment was also not working so we had to withdraw cash nearby. The staff really tried to make sure we were served to the best of their abilities with all the system down. The cashier on yesterday (sunday) night was commendable. Thank you kfc staff.
Bad kfc experience in singapore. Had order the promotion 9.9 meal online for 4 pieces of chicken & 4 nudgets. The chicken come with thick flour skin and meat is tasteless. Totally disappointed.
Spacious and clean restaurant. It’s relatively quiet because of its location, but a queue does build up during mealtimes.Staff are nice. But may I suggest that the female staff with the learning disability be assigned to food preparation only instead of order-taking as well? Her food preparation is good but the order-taking doesn’t seem complete.It’d been a long time since I ordered from a KFC restaurant so when I ordered a meal that came with a Zinger burger, 1-piece chicken, whipped potato etc, I failed to specify my drink and preferred chicken (crispy or original). It was only as I watched her preparing the items that I stopped her giving me a normal soft drink instead of the diet version, and the original chicken instead of the crispy. I feel that this should have been asked by the staff if the customer fails to specify it. I was always asked last time.
