firstly the service took long as the staff was taking selfies / laughing around even though there was a GROUP of people waiting for their drinks to be served. secondly, the staff looked unsure as to what she was making & the drink that i ordered did not even taste or look like how it usually does when i ordered it. the mango hibiscus drink i received was orange instead of the usual yellow? ordered whipped cream with my dark frappe and came without. terrible service and unsure staff. train your staff better please.
