Starbucks Liat Towers, located at 541 Orchard Rd, #01-01A Liat Towers, Singapore 238881, is a fantastic spot to enjoy delicious Coffee. I went there and liked it. The Coffee is super tasty, and the place is comfy with lots of seats. It’s not just a Coffee spot. It’s like a cozy spot to chill and enjoy good cakes. People who love tea and Coffee often choose it because it’s a great place to drink and relax.
Friendly and fast service. Drinks were made to perfection. Clean tables outside and inside. Sit outside. Ceiling fans are on all times. Shout out and thank you to one staff Fatihah who gives amazing service.
Met up with a friend for breakfast here and I really enjoyed the interior of this store. Especially the wall of cups. I was told that this is the first Starbucks in Singapore, how iconic! I had the breakfast set (Americano and Truffle Croissant) and the croissant was really nice. Generous filling!
The worst customers service experience I ever had in Starbucks, staffs was no trained. We got 5 persons ordered 5 cups of coffee and we just asked for 5 warm cups and the Malays lady staff said can't it too much (my thought if individual of us order coffee and we request of a cup of warm water, will the staff give out?). Hence, can we have 3 cups of warm water.When received 3 cups of cold. Then I just just with the staffs that we elderly they can't took cold drink. The Indian staff that said okay I give you another 2 cups of warm water. The malay lady staff given 1 cup and ask why I still at the counter? As your Indian staff colleague said giving us 2 warm cups of water water.We did 2 orders. As we sign up of the Starbucks app. Hence, the staff said we would like use 1st time 50% discount we agreed. 2nd time my cousin ordered they said can't. Then we question back. Just now we ordered how come is possible as both me and my cousin sign up and different transaction. The Chinese staff step in again and resolved.As we ask wife ask about 2 type of coffee the staffs couldn't answer what the difference and one of the Chinese staff(maybe is supervisor) step in and explain to us. How come Starbucks staffs couldn't even explain Starbucks coffee.Conclusion: staffs products knowledge is poor, communication between staffs also there is lapse. Very bad experience we have.Hope the management of Starbucks could look into it. I don't have such bad exprice with others Starbucks outlets or coffee bean.
