The ordering system is totally down and not goes by sequence on 25 Jan

The French Fries 🍟 were old and cold. It took long to get new fresh ones. It could have been cleaner. In some weeks I will check it out again.

My family and I went to this Mcdonald drive thru for the first time earlier today at around 11+am and we bought mcspicy meal, nugget meal and DOUBLE QUATER POUNDER WITH BBQ CHICKEN BACON meal. The fries were bland. Drinks are fine, however the DOUBLE QUATER POUNDER WITH BBQ CHICKEN BACON burger were a single patty instead of DOUBLE. We only realise when we open the box to have our meal once we reach home which were quite a distance from them. Even tho the box "DOUBLE" tap were flip out to indicate that its a double. We are very much disappointed at our first visit to this outlet.

Follow up visit: 10 August 2023 - Staff seemed to be paranoid about hygiene, as when I tried to clear a piece of dust off my chair one employee enquired on whether the chair was dirty and to inform them to clean it instead of cleaning it yourself.

26 May 2023 - Ordered via the mobile app. It was hassle-free and simple. Food and drink arrived shortly thereafter. Outlet wasn't crowded, which might be due to the rain.

Manager Shah service was awesome! Super crowded during weekday lunch but this Coconut Cone was great, very refreshing for the weather.
