Ordered mcdelivery from here. Left a message saying "No chilli. Only ketchup please." And what did I get? 5 packets of chilli and no ketchup. What's the point of being able to leave messages for the store when they don't even read it! Terrible. The honey soy chicken was also so dry. I've had much juicier ones from other stores. Will not order from again.

Food is fine, orders are okay. But please.. at least have the decency to fill up the fries properly. Each time I order, it’s only 70-80% filled and I have request for you to fill it up properly.

Come on, it’s probably one of your cheapest most profitable products. It wouldn’t hurt you to fill it up to its deserved size considering the prices you are now charging

My all time favourite Double Mcspicy is consistently delicious here. Patty is always cripsy on the outside and right amount of mayonnaise and ingredients. Fries at this outlet is always crispy and hot. Tables are also clean and air-con here is power! Good to come here for meetings especially on a sunny day to cool down.
Plenty of parking~ outdoor and multi-storey.

I ordered the double black pepper fillet o fish but got a normal one with Tartar sauce instead. This is the second time they screwed up my order. Kitchen staff obviously not paying attention or they just can't be bothered....

The dbl fish burger is soft and tasty! Only thing is that a little “off” the burger stack per first pictured. Crowded on Monday late evening which is rare, usually crowds will go to the Nex outlet.

My usual fish fillet's taste was consistent here, it was a comforting and gratifying meal and this place is vry clean, hygienic, neat and tidy that obviously attracted large neighbouring crowd to patronize them, it's a place where u know your food standard well and you will not be dissapointed.

Business was unusually boom on a early Saturday evening, aside from diners, take away and food delivery guys were all seen packed at the food distribution counters.

Upon making my payment online I discovered that I forgot to bring my credit card therefore have to make cash payment at the counter, there came a indian lady with grey polo t shirt uniform I guess must be the manager or team leader or something, I asked for payment she reluctantly waved at me to come over to the counter w/o eye contacts or verbal conversation looking at her poker face showed me a very unwelcoming attitude, throughout payment making there's not even a word of Thank You, which sometimes make me think that am I here for a charity of free food distribution that she gotten so ignorant of me, or is it due to her work fatigue that end up making her face soured, as for customer service you have to interact and be polite to your customers isn't it right???

It's really No point for you to hang around instead of going to rest if you are fatigue than to showed your soured face to the whole world, did they offended you?they are your paid customers.

It was truly a bad experience for the customer service and simply spoiling one's day as this is our neighbourhood where regular customers comes by everyday.
