KFC Northpoint, located at 1 Jurong West Central 2, #01 – 30 Jurong Point, Singapore 648886, is a fantastic spot to enjoy delicious food. I recently visited, and the place left a positive impression on me. Their signature dishes’ welcoming atmosphere and inviting aroma made my experience enjoyable. Many seats were available, making it easy to find a comfortable spot to relax and enjoy the delicious food without any trouble.
I’ve waited for 30 min and still haven’t received my order. There are still 2 orders infront of mine. Sooo slow!! The workers seem like they are taking their time, no sense of urgency. KFC Northpoint is NOT fast food, since it doesn’t live up to its name. Was rushing for time, thinking kfc would be fast, so disappointed!!
Staff named Siti very rude won’t let you choose. She will finish your sentence and won’t even bother to check before saying don’t have . Management please do something about this
First let me talk about the food, the Bak kwa Fried Chicken was really bad, no it was horrendous beyond saving. The cheese powder coats the chicken taste and smells very artificial which really is revolting. What's worse is that they sprinkle small chunks of Bak kwa that do not stick onto the chicken, so the whole time I was eating the chicken and Bak Kwa separately.The service was alright 👌 nothing fancy the atmosphere otherwise was average, but one complaint I have is it's so hard to find this outlet in north point I had to navigate through a maze to get to it.
This KFC outlet is terrible.. From the manager to the crew member. Service Altitude was bad. Given the option.. I will not visit this KFC anymore. Nevertheless... Market wide KFC standard in term of service really drop drastically. Become no standard. This oso apply to Wisteria Mall. Junction 9. Yishun 702.. Canberra plaza. All equally suck.
The service in singapore is going down the drain KFC is a fine example. They have a take it or leave it, I don't care Attitude. I asked for a change of a pice from a breast slice to a thigh. The response was, You.wait 25 minutes. This is obviously a statement to.discourage me.IT DOES NOT TAKE 25 MINUTES TO FRY A PIECE OF CHICKEN.I asked for a refund and the answer was, 14 days to be refunded.to the card.I had no choice but to take what they decided I should eat.Lesson1) Don't.patronise KFC2) Don't pay by card3) Check if they have what you want before ordering4) Don't patronise KFCJollibee has way better products and service.
Cleaner is very bad attitude. My child not accidentally spill the Milo on the chair while we are still eating. Keep saying on protocal we cannot wipe if a customer is seating. We. Noted. But keep coming back and saying such word. She place the yellow board a bit far and blame me I put it so far. I don't even touch the board at all. Work properly . You follow books. If it going to happen it happen..and she call me Karen.. very bad attitude cleaner in north point kfc. A female cleaner . (Chinese aunty).. I keep saying thank you. She keep naging. All the best to those who will e counter the same problem situation like me.
Very disappointed with the food and service. Order 2 zinger burger meal and 1 set of two pcs chicken meal; the burger is hard and cold, the lettuces is not fresh and the chicken is cold as well. The meal came with 2 french fries, 1 of the packet is cold so i request to change it and it's still cold so i gave up. Really a waste of money. I will definitely not come here again.
Very noisy and packed with students during lunch. Another favourite hang out for students and youths. As usual the fried chicken never let me down. Fried to perfection, juicy and succulent. Who can resist these finger licking goodness right? The staff is friendly and prompt in their service too. Give a 'Like' if you like this review.
