KFC Jurong East, located at 21 Jurong East Street 31, #02-01 Sports Centre, Singapore 609517, is a fantastic spot to enjoy delicious food. I recently visited, and the place left a positive impression on me. Their signature dishes’ welcoming atmosphere and inviting aroma made my experience enjoyable. Many seats were available, making it easy to find a comfortable spot to relax and enjoy the delicious food without any trouble.
Food and place is as it is. Normal and average. Staff however were consistent. Consistently black face that is. Look worse than my floor rags as people would say. They all look like they’re frustrated and have got better places to go to, which might be the truth but still…Extremely slow too as some others have pointed out.
slowest kfc service ever , i ordered the cheesy zinger meltz meal , and i only got the drink and the cheesy zinger melts but i didnt get the fries , and the staff keeps on telling me to wait but i have been waiting for 25 - 35 minutes for my order , so how long do i have to wait , even my friends were complaining about how long it was to prepare the food , so i wasted my money for just a drink and a cheesy zinger melts with no fries , my friends , i even finished my food before getting my fries , so i couldnt wait anymore so i had to leave me the store.
The fries ordered was of very sub standard and when approached the desk to report, we were told that this is new etc etc. But the fries was of very bad quality and we had to simply throw them in bin. We think it is fried raise or thrice
1st tine exp was good and quiet2nd time was horrible, uninterested staff and "no" to straws even after repeatedly explain sensitive gums... tqvm, I will nvr buy a drink fm KFC ever again and avoid it at all cost, except when got new promo for ala carte offer
