Ordered 3 piece meal takeaway today at 7:11pm, no queue and usually don’t need to check as most outlets give my orders correctly. This particular outlet messed up and only gave 2 piece. Disappointing! If don’t bother to check and double confirm order for customer then pls don’t work in FnB. First time across Kfc outlets is there such a problem.

This is the worst KFC I have visited. Failed to order from the machine due to no paper in the payment machine. Went to the counter to order, the staff told me to order from the machine 🤦‍♂️ I told the staff the machine is not working then the staff told me to wait as she is busy! I wonder if there is any manager responsible for this store. If there is, please sack this person for not ensuring the store is operational. Finally after waited for 10 mins, the busy staff came to take my order. Ordered the crispy chicken, it was the worst crispy chicken. No spice taste and fragrance, the batter is so floury. Will never come to this store anymore.

We still enjoy a meal here albeit it tastes a little saltier now but we love the KFC fried chicken......

Terrible overnight stale fried chicken. The chicken bone is already black and the meat is mushy. Was offered a replacement but I opted for refund which the mgr readily obliged.

Honestly, standard of KFC dropped so much when compared with those good old days.

We went to the outlet at downtown east & what welcomed us was an irritating housefly & it took us a few minutes to guide it out if the glass entrance!!

The counter staff were slow in coordinating the orders and the trash area was not properly managed as well.

Chicken meats were heavily coated with flour & texture of the chicken was nothing but dry…. Time to look into the SOP & process flow…
