KFC Sunplaza, located at 632 Bedok Reservoir Road, #01-872, Reservoir Shopping Centre@Eunos, 470632, is a fantastic spot to enjoy delicious food. I recently visited, and the place left a positive impression on me. Their signature dishes’ welcoming atmosphere and inviting aroma made my experience enjoyable. Many seats were available, making it easy to find a comfortable spot to relax and enjoy the delicious food without any trouble.
We were served by a very nice lady, Tina today. While we were still trying to figure out which KFC set serves our family, she promptly suggested a set that gave us the best value without us asking her. When our order arrived late, she took initiative to serve it to our table. I was really impressed with her attentiveness to details and going beyond her duties. it really makes our dining experience a pleasant one.
I recently ordered three porridges through the KFC mobile app for takeout, and my experience at your restaurant was quite disheartening. Despite arriving promptly, the staff seemed to prioritize delivery orders over in-house customers, leading to an hour-long wait for my order.This delay not only inconvenienced me but also several other customers who were facing similar issues. The poor customer service observed was disappointing, and I believe it's crucial for the team to address this matter urgently.I hope this feedback prompts a thorough review of your service procedures and helps in ensuring a more efficient and equitable experience for all customers.
My first time in the restaurant, thoguh i had walked past it many times, it will be my last.Went on a weekday afternoon. Around 3-4pm. Almost no customer.But with 3-4pax standing at the counter.None of them attended to me when I stood at the counter. After a few mins, when I tried to order, seeing I was holding a phone, asked me to order from the app, instead of ordering from them 😒Food was served hot and fresh. Chicken was juicy. But the fries was bad, over frief that's its dry and hollow.When I was looking for a table, the experience dropped immediately. Food crumps, stains were found on many tables and chairs. Floor was dirty as well.Air-conditioning was weak, it was warm inside the restaurant.
Ordered the 5 piece Buddy Meal via Grab delivery and I was pretty impressed by how different it tasted from the New Upper Changi Road outlet. (In a good way. Haha!)It came nicely packed and the chicken pieces and tenders were piping hot and crispy as it should be. The french fries were hot and crispy too. Just simply delectable!I will definitely order from this outlet again if I were to crave for KFC!
