I recently visited, and the place left a positive impression on me. Their signature dishes’ welcoming atmosphere and inviting aroma made my experience enjoyable. Many seats were available, making it easy to find a comfortable spot to relax and enjoy the delicious food without any trouble.
Was there to buy the 4pcs chicken at $9.95 to takeaway. I told the cashier Stephnie ( See the name from receipt) that i want 2pcs thigh meat and willing to pay extra if needed. Because my mum and myself don't other part of meat. And she answered No! No!No! She cannot do changes and it's standard. Her attitude is soooo.... bad. Being a cashier who facing so many customers daily, her answering must be polite! Ya! Maybe she think i am cheap skater to buy 4pcs of chicken for $9.95. If KFC have this promo, why can't i buy!! The guy who preparing food maybe overheard my order. He is kind. At the end of the day, i got what i want. Should change to a more polite and helpful cashier.
I'm disappointed with the size of chicken lol! This is my 2nd time to dine here. I just give the benefit of the doubt that maybe this time their chicken will improved in size. But sadly no. I even tried to negotiate it now with the staff lolI asked for bigger size as I've seen there are lots of good cut size in the warmer. But she just told me that they tried to match it like 1big and 1 small? Hello?! Lok at this, don't tell me it's both big looool compared it too texas or poppeyes chicken! Is KFC way cheaper to other chicken brands?? Lol Don't even asked me about how it taste.
This KFC outlet share premises with a grab-and-go Pizzahut concept. I found the chicken to be juicier than most other outlets in SG (maybe even comparable with the KFC in Malaysia), and I got a pizza slice to indulge in alongside my feast. Will be back!
