Shake Shack Singapore Locations And Opening Hours
Following are the Shake Shack in Singapore with location and opening hours:
Ordered glass of red wine and was shocked that the glass was stained with fingerprints. When I showed the counter staff, the guy still didnt understand what the problem was till i had to point out the fingerprints on almost 2/3 of the surface on one side of the glass. Quite poor hygiene standards. Wanted to get ketchup and mustard and found used packaging in the box of mustard and ketchup. Not sure if shake shack is able to improve on the hygiene levels.
I certainly would not recommend people to visit the Vivo City Outlet. The staff were unclear of their ongoing promotions and our total wait time (for them to process the order + prepare our order) was more than 30 minutes! Unbelievable for 2 burgers, 1 fries and a drink. Firstly, we wanted to redeem the birthday promotion burger but they did not know how to key/ redeem it (waited 15 minutes for them to figure how to do it) then after ordering we waited another 15 minutes only for them to come to our table and say that they were unsure what we ordered because it wasnt showing up on the screen?? Hence having to wait even more for them to prepare the food absolutely unacceptable.
missed my order and needed to wait more than 30mins for my order to arrive. when it arrived, fries was missing and needed to wait another 10mins. both times I needed to approach the staff to enquire for my order. the buzzer supplied did not buzz the whole experience.
Food was ok but would be more valued for money if they have sets. Hotdog bun was too small for 5.50 with just bun and hotdog that looks like supermarket frozen pack. love the self washing machine though.
7thNov23We tried 3 types of burgers : Double Smoke shack, Shackburger and chicken Shack Thigh. I prefer a richer, smokier and slightly spicer flavour hence my alignment with the Double Smoke Shack Burger. As for the ShackSauce, bring an Oriental , I would be happier if it were a dash sweeter. Nevertheless, I add some ketchup to elevate the sweetness. Works perfectly well
The food was good, and the outlet wasn't crowded during lunchtime which is definitely a plus point for me. It offered a nice view and was air-conditioned. However, the food was on the pricier side. But I think we shouldn’t exactly compare to other burger shops because Shake Shack takes more time/effort to prepare each food. The crinkle-cut fries were enjoyable initially, as I hadn't had them often. But over time, I found myself preferring the standard McDonald's fries. As for the burger, I tried the Shack Stack burger, which was quite expensive at around $15 for just the burger. It was delicious, particularly the mushroom with cheese. However, I personally would opt for just the beef burger next time, as the mushroom flavor somewhat overshadowed the beef taste.
Went early before 12 to avoid the lunch crowd and managed to enjoy the burgers in peace LOL!! One of my fav double beef burgers (yes - single never enough!). Always delighted to see the soft bun with two reasonably thick beef patties (at least to me) layered with fresh lettuce and tomatoes, same juicy same awesome! Looks good, tastes good. The ‘Shroom burger never fails us too! Be careful when biting the portobello mushroom, you would be surprised with the oozing cheese but just gotta be careful as it might be piping hot!
Patty was bit burnt at the edges and not so well flavored, and lettuce slice was small. Tomato and bun were good. All these elements make a great burger and shake shack got to make sure its quality is consistent across these elements.Place looks understaffed, Tables were not clean, and floor looks dirty. Yes its the weekend hut exoected more for a place where the average bill is 25Order tip - get the large sized drink bec its significantly larger than the smaller size
Came here on a Friday night because the other places were too packed and my squad was too hungry to queue. This place had no queue but was relatively full.Ordered the shack burger (doubles and singles), smoke shack, fries and some shakes. The food is okay but would not recommend ordering the cheese fries. You pay $1.50 more for very little cheese. You might as well get the fries and a bottle of mustard (free) which tastes just as good.Service is pretty good and place is pretty clean. So don’t have to worry about angsty counter staff or having to take empty but dirty tables.
